The box arrived in good shape, clean and not banged up at all. Everything looked fine when I got it

I ordered a dusty blue dress, but when it showed up it looked more like a greyish purple. I even checked it in different lighting just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it, haha, but it still didn’t look anything like the photos on the site.
Customer service basically said colors can vary depending on the screen, which I understand, but this was far off. I needed it for a wedding party and now it doesn’t match the other dresses, so I’m really disappointed and probably won’t order again.
